Need help with a board.

I just ordered the evga 680i board. I am looking into getting some higher voltage ram (around 2.2). So I was wondering if there is a way that I can change the voltage in the bios with that ram and not have to buy a cheap stick.
 
Um I'm not so sure about that. I've seen it in some other boards' bios but I'm not familiar with yours so I dunno. Why are you looking for higher voltage ram? As far as I know, and correct me if i'm wrong, but the latency should be what matters the most. Are you looking to overclock or anything like that?
 
Well usually the high voltage ram has better latencies. The RAM you are looking at should be set so you can use it at 1.8V so you can boot and set it up.

You could always borrow some RAM from a friend or take it to a shop and have them set it for you.
