Need help with a practical joke

I have a co-worker that will be using my computer when I won't be there and I want to leave a harmless practical joke. Unfortunately,she will be logging in under her own user name. I have a stand alone PC running XP. I was thinking if there was some way to have the computer talk to her a few minutes after she starts it, or something similar. Any suggestions and how to do it would be appreciated.
