Need help with buying computer

so I'm thinking of buying a computer and I'm looking at some secondhand. My budget isn't huge so that's why I don't buy a new fancy one. I've found two that looks intresting. Which one is Good? If any of them.

You'll get better performance out of the I5.

That i5 clarkdale is pretty old though...
