Need help with card reader

I bought a USB SD card reader, Transcend RDF5W and it will not work. My computer is saying it cannot find the driver for it even on Windows Update.

Sounds like a problem with the pc AGAIN!!!. Usually USB card readers don't need a driver anymore There is no driver listed on their page, just firmware.
