Need help with computer setup

Im still a little unsure which gtx 1070 I should get and power supply and do I need thermal paste or is it preapplied in the cooler that I've selected?

You need a Z270 mobo if you plan to overclock that 7700k.

Thermal paste should come with the cooler (probably not preapplied). Unless you prefer to use other brand paste.
