Need help with computer

My computer is currently running under a Vista system. Recently, I'm facing these problems on my computer. The following images shows the computer screen. Can anyone tell me what should I do?

I tired to reformat the system but the same thing still occurs. Desperately need help.

Looks like your video card mate. Make sure the video cable is fully in and the video card is fully connected up.

Might want to also check for updated drivers.

Not drivers if it's doing it at POST, what card is it and can you check at all if it's overheating?
