Need help with cooling system and case

Hello,

I'm buying a new computer and I'm gathering all the components myself.
I have not that much experience with good ways of cooling my PC and I also have no idea what kind of case I should buy..
I don't want it to be an ugly and crappy box but than again I also don't want to spend more than 100€.. (about 140 USD)

So could someone please give me some hints or maybe name some good products? :D

These are the components I already have:

Proccessor - AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-790FXTA-UD5
GPU - GIGABYTE ATI RADEON HD4850 1GB
Hard Disk - WD CAVIAR GREEN 1TB SATA2 64MB INTELLIPO

Okey thanks!

What kind of case you should buy depends on what you're going to use your PC for, what form factor of motherboard you're getting etc.

E.g. If you want a PC for gaming, you'd probably want to get a gaming case, in which case I'd recommend the Antec 300 about £50...which is probably...$70. It's a well made case with lots of cooling and space for 5 case fans (2 included)

Most cases come with a couple fans, but you can buy extra (recommended if gaming), you just have to make sure you get the right size, and that you've got spare plugs on your PSU or motherboard for them.

Remember, If you get an ATX motherboard, you must also get an ATX Case, otherwise it wont fit! E.g. Don't get a ATX motherboard and a MircoATX case because the motherboard will NOT fit in the case!

Hope this helps

:)
