Hi, I am planning to get a AMD Phenom™ II X4 970 Black Edition 3.5GHz w/ 8MB Cache (Retail Box, Socket AM3) but no idea what motherboard to get. I would like to keep the pricing under 150-200.

Going to be using my XFX Radeon HD 5770. I have 3 SATA HD's and 1 SATA DVDRom. Antec Quattro 850W PSU.

Can anyone recommend me a decent board? Thanks.

You'll get better bang for your buck by getting the 955. It uses less power than the 970 and is a few multiplier steps lower, you can easily remedy this in the BIOS in a minute without raising any voltages, or if you want to overclock, the 955 is just as good a clocker as the 970.

As for the board, this is probably the best board on the market in your price range:

A bit cheaper but still a great little board:

Both of the boards above will serve you well.
