Need Help with drive

After a recent try at a defrag on my D: drive, I stopped half way through the process, since it made my computer very slow. I noticed now that I can't even acess it anymore. This drive contains all my music/video files, and its around 120GB...When I try to click on it now its named "Local disc", and it says I have to format it. I'm afraid I will lose all my files if I do so.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

never worry about losing data men, it can be recovered.
Even small freeware apps can do these
