need help with dual boot setup

k ive tried and tried and it doesnt seem to wanna work, i wanna boot, xp pro, vista ultimate, and linux and its not letting me for some reason when i install more than one os it messes up the others or something can some1 help me out

ok, install xp first, then use partitipon magic and split it up to 2 more partitions. then install vista on one of the 2 partitions and then install linux on the other partition and use grum to boot your other hard drives. you may have to use fat32 on your drives in order for grub to see them.
