need help with getting new psu for hp a6300t

hi i have a a6300t with a stock psu of 250w i need to have 400watts or more to use a better video card. but i am scared that if i order online, it might not fit in the computer case or If the psu sucks it'll mess up my comp. so, i kind of need some help.if anyone has the same computer as me and has upgraded the psu can you please tell me which one you bought, if its good or bad, and send me a link/website to buy the same one or recommend me one if it's a good psu. thanks

If you pull off your side panel, on the side of your power supply does it say something along the lines of ATX, Micro ATX, etc?

it will fit easy. ATX is big and it can easily handle the corsair 450w
