Dell Precision m 4400.
Basically, I want a Solid State Drive, but the cheapest one you can get is a 400 dollar 128gb.
And the most ram you can get is 580 dollars for 8gigs.
So basically I have four questions:
1. The Ram Is DDR2-800 SDRAM This should work with it correct?

The thing is there are about 2 reviews of it not working in a Dell Precision. =(
2. I want an SSD. 401 dollars? How about this one:

Would it fit my computer? It should but, Im sure you guys have more experience with this thing. (btw... in the picture... it comes with a litl box and a usb cable... is that basically showing me I can use it as an external drive too?)
3. I know Dell will give you a CD for this Like Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit... but, since I want a new hard drive will I be able to install the OS without a problem onto my new drive?
4. Should I get the:
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo X9100 (3.06GHz, 6M L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB
or
Intel® Core™ 2 Quad QX9300 (2.53GHz, 12M L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB
If these options work I can save:
180 on ram
150 on Hard drive
330 in total saved
