Need help with mobile processor

Ok i got a a Toshiba Laptop.Its a Toshiba Satellite M105-S3064.I know its not top of the line but thats why I need help with if someone can tell me where online can i buy and witch mobile processor do i need to run Fallout 3 smoothly.Im not trieng to buy and expensive one but a modest one.And also do i need a graphics card and if i do how would i do that with a notebook, and witch one would i need, and do they make them as pc cards.Mainly my point what would I need to make my computer be able to run Fallout 3 thanks.Got pic of how my motherbord looks like.

I don't know man. I'm no expert but your gonna have a damn hard time getting Fallout 3 to run on that machine. Plus it's a nightmare to upgrade laptops.

Basically with a laptop you are stuck with whatever is in it besides the memory. Thats why when buying a laptop you need to know what you are using it for and make sure it has the right type of hardware in it.
