Need Help With Motherboard Issue

I have a G43MX-K with a 750W Power Supply, One Hard drive and One DVD Rewriter. For Some reason my windows XP says that my PCI Exp X16 does not have enough resources in the device manager. I have tried everything that I could think of. "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)" It is not even listed in Resources by Connection. I am at a loss, any Ideas?

Sounds like your bios or XP hasnt allocated enough resources or its a IRQ problem. Have you looked in device manager and see if you have any exclamation points on any hardware, even look under the drop downs especially under system devices.
