Need help with mouse

So I dropped my wireless mouse the other day and now when I'm using it on my mousepad(steelseries, black in color) the movement isn't smooth and acts up but when i use it on a different surface(my bed or on like my chair) it works perfectly fine. Mouse worked fine on mousepad before this. Any fix for this?
 
its a physical check you have to do, its a simple as looking at the mouse for any damage, there may be some internal damage causing the unsmooth movement.
If you cant physically see that the laser is scratched, or dosent seem to be in the correct position i would say it is internal hardware damage.
