need help with my componets

Hi all
I am new to this forum; I would like your advice on the following components that I am buying to install into my new computer.
Asus P5LD2 Intel 945P DDR2 1066FSB 775pins PCIx16 SATAII
CPU Intel PD 930R 3.0ghz. (2x 2M) + fan
Memory KVR533D2N4K2/1G DDR2 Dual Channel Kingston
300giga.Maxtor SATA2 7200rpm 16mg.
If you guys have any commons on these components please let me know.

It looks pretty good. The intel 930 is one of the best in its price range. But what are you using the computer for?
