Need HELP with new build hard drive

I cant figure out what the problem is. I couldnt get my first hard drive to work so Took the old one from my old computer, installed windows in the old unit. but when i hook it up to the new pc it wont boot.
 
You installed windows on the HD while in the old PC then moved it to the new one? You can't do that, you must install windows on the PC that will be running it.
 
If you would refer to my last thread about it not working so I dont have to retype it all, lol Ill look to see what its called
