Need help with new build & motherboard reccomendations

So after my previous plans for buying a computer fell through ive been looking into building my own. I have some knowledge about the parts individually and their function but very little about compatibility. So far here is an outline of what im looking at:

Intel i7 2600 (3.4 GHz)
Corsair Vengence 8GB (2 X 4GB) 240 pin, DDR3 1866
Seagate Barracuda Green 2 TB 5900 RPM 64 mb cache.
Radeon HD 6870 dual 1GB (maybe single 2GB?)

As for Motherboard, Chassis, sound card and optical drive im in the dark.
Can you help me out?

Hi,

Whats the budget for each of those components you need?,Or even better just list your budget for the whole build.

That hard drive you chosen,I wouldn't use a WD green as a primary drive as they are slow,Especially at 5900 RPM.

What Power supply do you have in mind?
You need an OS?
