Need help with no video

Thanks to all who reply. Here is my problem. I am trying to get my computer up and running. I have an intel 850md board witha pentium 4 3.2 gh chip. I am using a nvidia quadro 2 pro video board and when I turn the computer on I get no video at all. I know the monitor is ok, as I have tried it on another computer and it is working fine. This is my first computer that I am putting together and am sure i missing something. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
 
I tried another video card and same result. I tried removing the memory and all the drives to see if I could get any kind of a screen and still nothing. The computer is powering up and the fans come on, and the fan is running on the video card.
 
Are you getting any beeping from the motherboard when you start it up? Was the processor pre-installed or did you do the installation? Do you have the power supply plugged into 4-plug processor power connection?
