Need Help With Overclocking

Hey guys i need help with overclocking, i was just woundering if using the program known as clockgen works well i can get it up to 3.3ghz but i have no idea if it is stable if anyone could tell me a program to tell if its stable that would be great

Generally, people use the BIOS to overclock and it is much more stable than doing it in any program

I don't recommend overclocking in windows, i would use bios. What exactly are the specs on the system?
