Need help with potential virus.

Hello all,

Mozilla crashed about a week ago, after I was visiting some sites I'd never been to before and it froze. I force shut down, and restarted, and the little windows message popped up, asking if I wanted to restore my tabs or start over. I asked it to start over and nothing happened. then it popped up again a few minutes later. I said restore and nothing happened. It's been doing this for the past week, and it was a minor nuisance until today, where I lost a very close game because my game exited me in the middle of a battle to ask me if i wanted to restore. I don't know if this is a virus, or it Acer's just being... well, Acer. Any ideas on how to fix it, short of chucking it at a wall?

Also if you could let us know your system specs it would be great, please include if you are on a 32 or 64 bit operating system.

If Firefox previously worked but suddenly doesn't start, it may be due to some corrupt data in your settings. Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox would not fix this problem because your settings are not removed on uninstall... (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+will+not+start#Firefox_previously_worked)

This might be your problem, but you should check for viruses like suggested above.
