Need help with this build

Hi guys,

I'm looking to build a system that the computer will be used for primarliy video editing. Therefore, I want to get the most bang for the buck processor that will encode my videos quickly.

I already have some things, so I only need a cpu, motherboard, new hard drive, and powersupply.

I was looking at the following items.

CPU

Just want to make sure everything will work together and get other opinions.
 
Also, if I wanted to overclock this cpu, would I need a new heatsink? If so, what one would work with the gigabyte board?
