Need help with upgrading comp (sorry if in wrong secetion)

I have a old compaq 200gb ram 2.3ghz. I want to put in a SAPPHIRE 288L Radeon HD 4650 1GB 128-bit DDR2 AGP 8X HDCP Ready Video Card - Retail......I know so far i have to install a bigger psu. Is there anything else i should upgrade when i put in this card. My main reasonsing for upgrading is to play tf2 (Team Fortress 2). I want the game not to lag. My internet is pull 23 mbps so it deffineatly fast enough

what model is that compaq you have. For example "Compaq Presario SR1720NX". We need this info to find out what motherboard you have. You may not have a motherboard that supports that card.
 
I know as much as its a agp slot but unfortunately im at work right now so can't get model number but i do apperciate the help and will deffineatly get that posted as soon as possible

AGP ??

I say update the computer to play games
Its just not worth spending around $100 on updating old computers to play games
Sell it, and get a computer with PCI-Express slot (16x)
You could probably pick up an old computer with this pretty cheaply (although you still need to purchase the PCI-e vIDEO card)
 
So kind of comp would you recomd? or is there anything else in my comp i could upgrade. Mainly i just wanna play tf2 (Team Fortress 2)

But the best thing to always update is Ram
If your Ram is 512Meg, then I'd suggest purchasing another 512Meg stick
That's about all I would spend on it
Otherwise you could purchase the entire computer as it is presently on eBay for less than trying to get your game to work smoothly

Again, I suggest you sell it, and update (the computer)
