Need Help!!

My other laptop keeps on having a menu up saying restart windows normally
and when i click on it, it keeps on going into the load menu then going back to the restart windows normally screen!

any help please because my dad is shouting at me and i want him to stop! :(
 
Sounds like you have errors on the hard drive and need to run a disk diagnostic scan on it. What brand of hard drive is it?
