I just now finished building and installing everything to my PC. My problem is that my 1TB is recognize by Intel Rapid Storage but its not listed in HDD location,it even detects it in the UEFI.The SSD/HDD is connected to the red SATA connectors, SSD being port 0, and HDD port 1. Any help would be great.

If the drive is new and no data has been stored on it yet, then as strollin as said, the drive must be partitioned and formatted before windows will recognize it. Do this by using disk management.

Click on start, click on run or type in the search box(depending on what version of windows you are using) type diskmgmt.msc

Find your drive on the right, it will come up as unallocated space and right click, click on new volume or format and follow the prompts.

Is the 1TB drive formatted?

Can you see it in Disk Management?
