need help !

Hey everybody !

I have a Corsair CX500 on a ASROCK H61M-HVS and I'm wondering if I will have a problem running a HD7970 or a 550ti ?

and which one is the best, the nvidia 550 ti or HD7970 ?

can anyone answer me on that ?

If you plan on getting the 7970, your going to be right on the line. I would suggest getting a higher wattage psu, like a 600-650 watt corsair.

What john said. And the 7970 is the fastest card out there, while the 550ti is rather weak.

since HD7970 is high-end video card, you will need over 600 watt with 30 amp PSU. Just like what john35 say. Every high-end need over 600 watt. If it is dual GPU video card, you will need 750 watt and over 50 amp.
