need help

i have a drive c that has 14 gb space, and a drive D that has 100gb space, everything is being stored on C........C now only has about 431 mb left of space.... how do i use D??my computer is sloww now, help me please!!!!!!!
 
When you go to install things like games or apps, for the place the install change the "c" do a "d" in the frount. and that will install them to the d drive insted.
