Need Help

I want to know if I can replace the Processor inside this computer (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883113248) with this CPU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113343).

I do not know if the current processor is an APU.
I also do not even know what kind of motherboard it has.
Just tell me what all I would have to upgrade and I have a $450 budget.

Sorry, but you can't. Basically what you have there is a mobile processor inside a desktop machine, which sucks. There is no way to upgrade.
