Need help

I have 4 computers and i would like one to be like a server.For example like in computer cafes they have a server and each computer get the game from it.So how do i make it that my other 3 pcs could get the programs and other files from it.But without downloading it from the 4th pc just accesing it from it.I tried serv-u but i could only download from that pc and i want to access it without downloading and i want it only so those 3 pcs could only it get.

It's not that easy. You need to set up an application server. You should Google it and read up on it.

And then how do i get information from the other computers.How do i connect to the server from the other computers?

Like I said, you need to read up on it. Windows XP isn't going to do what you want. The software that you need is probably going to cost you at least what all your computers put together cost you. I don't have an exact figure for you, but it isn't going to be cheap.
