Need Help!!!

MY CPU temp is 67 degrees even though I put my fan in highest mode.
Also, the fan in the PSU is not running while I could play games without any problem... What's wrong with it>
MY system temp is 37 degrees, cpu fan speed is 1991RPM and system fan speed is 0rpm...

Need help!!

It is called Waterfall and it can cool down your CPU up to 30 degrees Celsius. I hope that helps.
