need little advise on temp Monitering

hello

i just upgrade my fan CPU cooler to Cooler Master Seidon 120M CPU Water Cooling kit every thing look ok but

when i do reading in real temp version 3.70 software it say 30 27 28 28 on all core
and when i run core temp 1.0 RC5 i get 35 34 35 36 so which do i believe
i can head the CPU fan reeving up and down

spec are motherboard Gigabyte GA Z77X-D3H and the CPU is I7 3770K

i am not overclocking so why the difference:confused:?
 
try all of them it turn out that Real Temp was giving false read out
so i delete it and download a new version and look good about 1 degree off

so thank you for your help:D
