Need Memory Recommendations for Motherboard

I am in the process of building a gaming system for mhy brother-in-law. The following is the motherboard we have setteled on: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131644

At this time I will not in any way be ocing anything, including memory, because we live over 2 hours apart and if there are any issues with ocing I just can't drop everything and head for his place.

So, I could use good suggestions for 1333 RAM, dual channel, 2x2 gigs. Since this is an Asus board they can be picky about the RAM installed.
