These are the best low power consuming cards I found. Which one do you guys think I should get?

That's a sweet video card. How much power does it need?

I don't know how to find that out - but here's Tech Report's Article when the Card came out

Still, the 4770's shader power gave it a bit of an edge overall in the games we tested, and I'd be more confident about its ability to crunch through advanced visual effects future games, too. The 4770 uses a little less power than the 9800 GT, which also enables some nice, low noise levels—without the high GPU temperatures we eyed with suspicion on the reference Radeon HD 4850s.

Edit : I just found this link
Less heat and power consumption

The transistors connect more closely due to the new technology, and thus the power consumption and heat reduce. The maximum power consumption of Radeon HD 4770 is 80W according to AMD, compared with 110W on Radeon HD 4830 (RV770LE)

Per ATI Website
# PCI Express® based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard
# 450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended (550 Watt and two 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)
