need motherboard help.

At the moment im using a shitty motherboard which is only compatible with older cards so i want to update to pci-e x16 if possible.

What does that mean? im on abit of a budget so im looking into this graphic's card ?

The 224MB reffers to the integrated graphics controller the motheboard has.
