Need new SCSI (spare) drives for servers at work

Hello all,
At work I'm currently looking after the network as our former network admin has left. So I'm in need of some help.
At work we have 6x ProLiant Servers DL360 G3 servers and one extra.
On one of the servers a HD failed and has brought up a red light. So I looked at the health status and it says the array has been broken :/

But I had one extra HP SCSI HDD spare and being hot swappable I just simple swapped them over. So far so good, the array has been rebuilt and the new drive is working fine. Here is the problem, what if another one goes?

So Ive let the management know and I need to order some more spare drives. The drives were using at the minute are HP invent 36.4-GB 15000RPM WIDE ULTRA320 SCSI MN: BF03685A35.

Ive had a look on the HP website and it appears they don't sell them no more. Ive found three sites that do sell these drives but there in the US and I would like to order them from the UK.

Are they just like a normal PC drive so that I can use any model and make or are servers like that more picky?

Thanks in advance and cheers for your time, any recommendations and comments would be much appreciated.

I think you'll find the 72GB drives of that model are more plentiful, (I just replaced my raid 5 array in one of my ML370g2 boxes with them 2 weeks ago). What raid are you running? It sound like raid 1, if so, you want to have a spare handy. If raid 5, the server will still run with a failed drive (albeit slower), until you can get a replacement, (better to have some on hand either way though). You'll probably want to use HP/Compaq drives..
