Need opinions on Acer M3 Ultrabook Touch

Hello, I'm really looking for a new laptop and I could get a decent payment contract for Acer M3 Ultrabook Touch, but I don't know if the laptop is any good (I currently have Samsung R522).

The specs are:

OS: Windows 8 64 bit.
Processor: Intel Pentium Core i3-3217U.
Graphics card: nVidia Gforce 640GT 1GB.
RAM: 6 Gt.
HDD: 500 Gt.
Battery: 54 Wh.
Screen: 15,6" Touchscreen (1366 x 768)

Mostly I'd use it for school projects (excel, word, AutoCad inventor), but i do like to play games occasionally (League of Legends mainly) and watch some movies.

(I'm sorry if my language is not so good, i'm not a native English speaker)
 
Specs look nice but what worries me is that it is a Acer, not a company known for building the best computers ever especially if you go from a Samsung to that you might regret it.
