Hi, going to make it short, I'm building or replacing nearly all components in my old PC, scraping every part besides the case and the storage lol. I've put together a new build the past few days and wondering if I can pull the trigger without running into ANY issues. Please be harsh and give your opinion on any and every dynamic of the proposed build, if there are cheaper options with equal or better performance, let me know. I'm not super experienced when it comes to this sort of thing so if you notice any complications regarding clearance especially of CPU cooler and ram or that my motherboard is shit or that I should buy a prebuilt with the similar specs for cheaper, please tell me. Thank you

Cooler Master MasterBox MB511 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case
Gigabyte UD750GM 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I also have two (2) notes on PCPartPicker that l need opinions on:

Note: The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the ASRock Z790 Pro RS ATX LGA1700 Motherboard.
Note: The video card PCIe 16-pin power connector adapter is being supplied by three 6+2-pin power connectors. Please ensure that the three 6+2-pin power connectors are not daisy-chained and do not share the same power cable.

A couple things here.

1. Advise getting the 14th gen 14600k instead of the 13th gen 13600k.

2. Why are getting sata ssd when you can nvme and go way faster? Sata ssd's are for older systems without an m.2 slot.

Usually cpu coolers come with whatever mounting bracket required. Just check the website where you plan on buying it from and make sure content say slot 1700 mounting hardware included.

Can't offer any info on the psu, can't believe 4070 requires 3 8pin connectors. Just verify the psu has 3 pcie 8 pin connectors.
