Need quick advice about Crysis

say i did buy this one.. what setting on crsis would ya reckon?

I'd recommend the 5000X2 Black Edition to overclock. TBH I'm not too sure what kind of performance you'll be getting, but I can recommend the 5000X2. I don't imagine it'll have any troubles with the game on medium or high settings.

How about a 5400+ processor

( i need just about the equivalent to the e6600 chip from intel)

so would a 5400+ be ok to run crysis on a nice setting?

I would say stick with what you have, or go intel (or maybe phenom...only if you really like AMD though). I don't think any x2 upgrade will make much difference with Crysis since its mostly graphics bound. Intel is good because you can overclock so much.
