Need quick advice on Budget Case

Im looking for just about the cheepest case I can find. I want it under 35$ shipped. Tough i know but my comp isnt anything special and i just need something to get the parts off my desk lol. ATM the PSU, CD, and HD are just sitting on my desk :(

Oh, and used is okay.

And also, what is a side air duct? I know its supposed to cool your cpu but will it line up alright? Do i need to buy an extra fan because i doesnt look like it would have any way of sucking air in (or out idk how it works).

And $15.99 shipping. For $8 more, i could get a nice looking case. But you have a point. Let me rephrase my budget.

I want to buy a case ranging in price from $20-$30 shipped (give or take 5$). Suggestions or comments on the 2 i was considering?

I have an Elite 331 (one aboves an Elite 330) nothing wrong with it I found.But I'm not the case person. The only one tiny thing I found is that with my SATA hard drive the little icon doesn't flash when it's being used. But I barely notice it because the power light is right above it. But if your willing to spend only that much on a case you can't complain.I cant either.
