need recover tool

Hi,

I'm searching for an utility to restore erased files. I've lost some, I badly need them back. I want maximum reliability, as the files are important. Which tool can you recommend? (winXP, NTFS)

There are several freeware as well as retail recovery tools. If the files are super urgent you may want to consider a professional recovery service. Some retail products also offer free to try downloads for limited use and don't always include all features in the evaluation versions like GetData's RecoverMyFiles seen at http://www.recovermyfiles.com/
