Need smartphone with NFC or such?

So I am looking for a new smartphone and it needs to have these capabilities. I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice on a good smartphone to buy. Where I live we have Verizon, ATT, Tracphone and Cricket wireless.

1 Needs NFC or some form of payment thing so I wont need a wallet everywhere I go.
2 Needs long battery life. Has to last at least a day with light to moderate use.
3 Must be Android.

4 This one I am flexible on, I would like to to be an off contract phone but if on contract is all there is I will possibly do that.
5 $200 us is the maximum I am willing to spend.

What are some phones you guys recommend.

Currently I have an HTC desire 510 from cricket wireless.

Unlocked phones at $200... You're going to see a lot of them that are painfully slow vs the current flagship phones.

So what your saying is wait a few years till phones get better faster and cheaper?

Also I am not looking to do much aside from checking email and facebook and paying for stuff with my phone. If my HTC phone had NFC I would be fine with it. It only has 8 gigs or storage and I believe 1 gig of ram. So I dont need the latest and greatest.
