Need some expert help

About 3 days ago, a site I always login to with no problem would not let me, it said I had to "enable cookies".

I did not know what to do so I deleted my cookies and now, all my bookmarked pages load wrong. For example, The pages I load are all 3-4 days old and the computer is running really slow while online. What can I do to fix this?

I did a system restore but that did not fix it.
 
Get a program like CCleaner (freeware) to wipe all the crap off your computer. It seems that for reason or another your computer is loading pages cached on your computer, CCleaner should fix it.
