I need some freeware that can rip the audio file from the videos.Is there any pls post some cites for those.

you could simply play the video, and use a computer audio recorder to record the audio output.

it's very simple with virtual dub (that is free... find the downnload link with google...) you have only to open the file and file -> save wav...

i am talking about only riping the audio file from video.Well i already have virtual dub i use it to cut the big video files
