A while ago I had the game DOTA (Defense of the ancients) on my computer, I got it from a friend on a USB drive. I played it a couple of times but found it wasn't my type of game, so I went to where I transfered it on my computer, and deleted all the files. I thought I didn't have to uninstall it since I didn't install it in the first place.
They all deleted fine except for one fil, blizzard.ax. Whenever I try to delete it, it says "Cannot delete blizzard: Acess denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.
How would I delete this file?

Also, I was going through Add or Remove Programs earlier and I found I had atleast 10 Java programs there. All listed, in order, as
Java(TM) 6 Update 13
Java(TM) 6 Update 2
Java(TM) 6 Update 3
Java(TM) 6 Update 4
Java(TM) 6 Update 5
Java(TM) 6 Update 7
They are all atleast 100Mb+ in size. I must definetly not delete those right? Or can I delete some?

They do take up quite alot of space, around 500Mb. I'll leave them though, because on scale to the whole harddrive its not that much.

Is that unlocker program safe? It's not going to harm any other files or anything?
