Need some help guys!

Im about to throw in a 6600GT video card into my P4 1.3 and I thought I should buy a PS at about 450W.
I have a AGP slot( no PCI-E) with a DVD player and a CDRW.
What do I need as far as connectors and will this PS work for me.
Budget is an issue bigtime so I would like to stay around the $20-30 range

you should read psu 101, the wattage doesn't mean that much, its the amps. The psu in the link only have 18 amps for the 12v rail, which really isn't alot.

EDIT: Is your computer home built or OEM? If it's a dell or something then you'll have to buy their special power supplies.

It is a DELL 8100

I am so pissed, I really hope there is some way I can use a normal newegg power supply.
Why do you need a special one??
