Not a good idea to put your email there, anyone on the internet could access that and send you spam emails. Anyway, there are many ways to effectively backup your data, have you a CD burner, DVD burner, USB pen drive, External Hard Drive, Internal Hard drive? Those are just a few (the most effective) of the ways you can accomplist this task.

If you're going to be transfering a lot of data that something like a cd or dvd cant hold, you might want to try using a crossover cable. It can be kind of tricky to set up though.

Yea, and that's if you can have both hooked up at once. Alternatively, you can upload to an FTP disk if you own access to one that's unlimited.
