Need Some Help!

Well,
After downloading pc pitstop optimize I found out that I should be downloading in the 300 kb range, And I am only downloading at in the 40 kb range. I also found that I had some registry errors and some things needed to be tweaked. Then after all that I found out that they charged 30 bucks just to do all that!!! So I was wondering if anyone had a program like that that was absolutely FREE and WORKS!! If anyone could post a link here it would definately help!!

u have a similar problem on my should be broadband "high speed" internet but i tried something caled cfos and it worked for a day or 3 bringing my speed up to 4mbps and then now its back to normal (u can search cfos on google and it will be downloadable) and i was wondering if there is anything like cfos that can raise my internet connection and stay there thnkx
