Need some infor

Hello all, just finished building my first computer, everything turn out great. except i got the wrong vidoe card (AGP instead of PCI express)
running a intel pentium 4 550 3.4ghz, western 250gb harddrive,two kingston 512DDR 400 memory, DVD and cd write and burner, floppy drive....now to my question...this computer is for work and home use, not really into gaming, but will play around with some.....what video card do you guys think i need? also i will be doing some recording from my tv to the computer, so i might need a tv tuner too.....thanks for any infor
 
for a non-gaming cheap PCIe card take a look at the GeForce 6200 or ATIs x300, you will need a seperate tuner card, I don't think there are any all-in wonders for PCIe yet

Sorry, for getting back to you so late. (went out of town) thanks for your help.....just wanted to know what everybody input was....and you guys seem to know what you are talking about.....and for everybody who has help us newie.....thank you for taking the time, to answer some of questions.... :)
