Alright so I'll explain my situtation. This may not be computer related, but i think that the best solution would involve a computer..lemmie know what you guys think.
My boss approached me at work today, and asked if I knew how he could make the TV in the bar (hes a restaurant owner) play music videos, and also allow it to be played through the surround system thats already in the bar. As of now the surround is just using xm radio and is not hooked into the tv in any way. So he wants to be able to have whatever sound is coming fro the tv be able to come thru the surround system, IN ADDITION to the radio. Also he wants to have a set list or playlist of the music videos so he can choose what is playing, or play randomly by genre, or w/e.
At the same time he still wants to keep it so the tv can still be used for tv, and the surround can still be radio.
So what I need is ideas of what is the best (and least expensive way) to do this. He has no problem buying a compputer if he needs. I was thinking just setting up a computer that will be displayed on the tv and hooking up the surround into that, and then using I tunes to buy the videos and store them. I suggested this, and he said he had a hard time finding music videos on itunes, so he was looking for another route.
