Need Special Mouse

I need an optical mouse with a scroll wheel plus left and right buttons. So what? you ask.

My problem is that I am constantly triggering the right-mouse button unintentionally. It seems the appropriate finger on my right hand twitches. So I need a mouse as above but with either very small buttons or very hard-to-press buttons.

But all the pictured mice have huge buttons -- covering most of the mouse's top surface -- and no ad specifies the required pressure, even relatively. Can anyone make a recommendation?

Ya ever think of just shoving something under the lip of the rightmouse button so it requires more force to push down?
